Join our Team

The Talent Acquisition Manager works directly with the People & Culture Department, Supports the people & Culture function of the hotel by assisting the learning manager in planning, organization, coordination, execution and evaluation of all line staff, supervisory and managerial learning and development programs as well as assisting the human resources department in learning and development related matters.

Ideal Candidate :

Responsible for Talent Acquisition Success across properties, building and managing Talent Acquisition strategy, delivering Talent Acquisition Learning and Development; coaching Hiring Managers; partners with Area Talent Acquisition Manager on best practice and strategies to attract diverse talent and leverages internal / external systems and tools to drive hiring results.

Responsible for full cycle Talent Acquisition, up to and including Planning Committee. This person contributes to our mission by delivering High Performing Team Members to drive business results.
