We want you to :

• Define all dealer standards and make sure every standard is applied by dealers
• Follow up dealer investment processes from architectural design to delivery
• Taking role in new projects related with dealer network development
• Implement and improve ongoing dealer network development related projects
• Following up competitors and market trends in order to develop new retail channels
• Conduct market researches, define needs of dealers and take necessary actions
• Monitor and enforce dealer corporate standards
• Lead dealer audits and complete evaluations of the audits on time
• Managing the legal process of closing dealerships
• Responsible from Hyundai branded used vehicle operation – Hyundai Promise
• Follow up Hyundai Promise standards and applications by dealers
• Develop and implement new projects related with Hyundai Promise used vehicle operation
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports about dealer network, sales and related topics to the management
