We are looking for a IAM Field Engineer / Technical Trainer for our Sultanbeyli location

What you can look forward to as IAM Field Engineer / Technical Trainer

• Drive pull through sales at passenger car workshop level by providing technical and network support using our ZF [pro]Tech and ZF [pro]Points concepts
• Provide commercial and technical support for existing workshop network partners, as well as new partner acquisition, achieving set growth targets, member part sales targets and membership retention.
• Planning and delivery of one-day and multi-day technical training courses for distributor, workshop partners and other customers of ZF
• Handle technical enquiries received by ZF for all PassCar products and related mechanical / electrical systems to ensure full customer satisfaction.
• Technical support for warranty claims in the field in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Control and implementation of market actions in close coordination with other departments, as well as continuous market and competition monitoring at workshop level
• Support and participate in local and national trade fairs and event
• Planning and execution of workshop visits with the field service of existing wholesale customers
