İş tanımıDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Manage and coach sales teams to support their professional growth and performance improvement. Work closely with the leadership team to align strategies and contribute to effective decision-making processes. Provide leadership and guidance to team leaders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training to deliver integrated solutions. Review and refine operational processes to effectively achieve sales targets. Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance to senior management. Proven ability to lead leaders and coach teams to enhance their performance. Cross-functional experience in areas such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or Training is a strong advantage. Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. No travel restrictions and flexibility for domestic or international travel when required. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
