Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

The VCA team in Turkey is looking for a Client Consulting Analyst to join our growing team.

Specific Responsibilities include :

• Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
• Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
• Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.
• Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we want from you

Payment industry, digital payments or payment processing experience preferred.
