Job Description
- Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and client-centric environment,
- Lead the team by example on the sales floor, offering on-the-spot coaching and guidance,
- Monitor individual and store KPIs, implementing action plans to boost performance,
- Foster strong client relationships through personalized service and CRM activities,
- Contribute to team development and uphold brand image and service standards.
