Our client, a global leader in medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Channel Manager in İstanbul, Türkiye to expand and optimize its network of channel partners. This is a strategic role for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who can manage partner networks, boost revenue through indirect sales, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams to align goals and drive performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing the Partner Network : Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners to expand regional and vertical market reach.
- Nurturing Relationships : Serve as the main liaison for assigned partners, maintaining strong, productive long-term collaborations.
- Driving Revenue : Work closely with partners to drive indirect sales performance, set revenue targets, and support sales enablement.
- Enabling Success : Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools to enhance their effectiveness.
- Collaborating on Campaigns : Coordinate with internal marketing teams to develop and roll out joint marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Tracking and Optimizing Performance : Monitor channel KPIs, analyze sales and market data, and develop action plans to improve results.
- Reporting and Insights : Regularly report on partner performance, pipeline development, and sales forecasts to internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring Compliance : Uphold company standards, contractual obligations, and industry regulations across all partner activities.
