Our client, a global leader in medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Channel Manager in  İstanbul, Türkiye to expand and optimize its network of channel partners. This is a strategic role for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who can manage partner networks, boost revenue through indirect sales, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams to align goals and drive performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Growing the Partner Network : Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners to expand regional and vertical market reach.
  • Nurturing Relationships : Serve as the main liaison for assigned partners, maintaining strong, productive long-term collaborations.
  • Driving Revenue : Work closely with partners to drive indirect sales performance, set revenue targets, and support sales enablement.
  • Enabling Success : Train partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Collaborating on Campaigns : Coordinate with internal marketing teams to develop and roll out joint marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Tracking and Optimizing Performance : Monitor channel KPIs, analyze sales and market data, and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Reporting and Insights : Regularly report on partner performance, pipeline development, and sales forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring Compliance : Uphold company standards, contractual obligations, and industry regulations across all partner activities.

Requirements

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience : Experience in channel sales, business development, or indirect sales roles; experience in a relevant sector is a strong advantage.
  • Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets
  • Data-savvy, with the ability to draw insights from performance metrics
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Additional Details

  • Location : Based in Istanbul with regular partner visits in Türkiye.
  • Working Hours : Full-time, with flexibility required to support partner activities and events
