What we expect : Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive sales growth while meeting strict performance goals Regularly track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within defined ROI targets Continuously manage analytics to optimize both organic and paid channels using analytic tools Prepare and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and iterate based on findings Conduct A / B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas; regularly evaluate new features and beta tools.

What we are looking for : University degree from a reputable institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce and fashion ecosystem (experience with mobile apps is a plus) Strong drive and experience in A / B testing Genuine interest in digital marketing and platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

Excellent written and spoken English is a must Proficient in MarTech tools such as GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, etc.
