What you’ll do

• Lead and manage the Accounts Payable, Intercompany, and Lease Management teams (11 team members) to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions, including proper documentation and eliminations in accordance with group policies.
• Responsible for controlling of payment lists.
• Manage lease contract tracking, compliance, and IFRS 16 related accounting entries.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits related to payables, intercompany, and leases.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and controlling teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal controls.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards ( IFRS) and internal financial policies.
