About this Position
This
role is responsible for executing sales plans in the Flexible Packaging
business, managing key accounts and distributors, and developing new business
opportunities with a value selling approach. You will build and convert a
strong project pipeline, conduct market analysis, and align with regional and
global teams while ensuring sustainable growth.
What you´ll do
Lead Adhesive Technologies sales operations
within the Packaging Adhesives Strategic Business Unit, with a focus on
Flexible Packaging and Coatings.
Maximizing
strategic targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring
further grow of the business with value selling approach within the
responsible area
Coordinating
existing sales activities for the customer portfolio
Traveling around
Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business
necessities
Responsible from
managing the relation and commercially / technically development of the
direct customers as well as distributors within responsible area
Conducting
market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
Close
communication with global / regional teams to lead management of global / local key
accounts, by launching new products and projects under the responsibility
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s
degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
departments.
5 to 8 years of
experience in industrial sales, preferably within the chemical or
packaging industry
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships across all organizational levels.
Excellent oral
and written English communication skills, capable of interacting
effectively with all levels of management.
Team-oriented,
eager to learn, and adaptable to managing various business-related
challenges.
A valid driver's
license is required, along with flexibility for travel.
