İş tanımıCollaborate with AI researchers and developers to integrate linguistic insights into our LLM, enhancing its understanding and generation of Arabic. Conduct thorough analyses of the Arabic language, identifying dialectal variations, socio-linguistic patterns, and other linguistic nuances. Develop guidelines and strategies for the team to effectively tackle linguistic challenges, ensuring the model's versatility across all Arabic dialects. Assist in the creation and refinement of language datasets, focusing on diversity and representativeness to train the model effectively. Provide expert evaluation of the model's language capabilities, offering feedback and recommendations for improvement. Keep abreast of developments in linguistics and LLMs, applying cutting-edge research to our model's ongoing development. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, organizing workshops and training sessions on Arabic linguistics when necessary.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Linguistics, with a focus on the Arabic language. A PhD is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of the Arabic language, including its grammar, syntax, semantics, and phonetics across various dialects.
- Experience in computational linguistics, language modeling, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply linguistic theories to practical AI challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team.
