- Ensures that stores comply with visual standards
- Trains and guides related store personnel in visual retailing
- Monitor store displays in alignment with category-based sales data.
- Maintain strong mannequin stylings and ensure their placement in strategically correct areas.
- Present category and collection separations to customers in a clear and understandable way.
- Ensure promotional campaigns are accurately displayed in stores and share relevant visuals with management and global teams.
- Provide and follow up on VM (Visual Merchandising) training in stores.
- Organize seasonal training programs for store teams.
- Actively participate in the "VM Champ" project and contribute to its development.
- Track store equipment inventory and fulfill VM-related needs.
- Identify and report visual deficiencies in stores to the relevant departments.
- Deliver VM training to store managers and sales teams.
- Create and implement action plans to boost sales of underperforming categories.
- Develop and execute action plans for local in-store VM initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and share findings with the manager.
- Prepare and submit daily store visit reports to the manager.
- Implement promotional campaigns in line with global guidelines, making local adjustments when necessary.
- Ensure all stores comply with the visual merchandising guide.
- Analyze non-performing categories and take appropriate in-store actions to improve performance.

Makes use of information on current stores m2, store plan, window specifications and graphical display areas in business plans.Provides regular training to store’s personnel about adidas visual standards. Evaluates store’s visual performances in regular intervals. Creates systems to encourage personnel in this matter.Keeps track of necessary store supplies such as VM items Follows store’s maintenance, repairs and renewal needs. Resolves these needs through related parties.Evaluates new visual requests of retail sales specialists and if approved, follows their implementation.Follows new and different visual applications in the sector and brings those that are in line with adidas standards into discussion.Visits stores regularly and makes sure that visual display standards are in highest level.Makes sure that products that need to catch attention due to campaigns or season are displayed in defined standards and properly.Before new store openings, works with related line manager about the plan and makes sure that store display and equipment locations fit to requirements. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 3 years dedicated VM experienceGood numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skillsProven skills in MS Office programsFluency in English is a plus
