As a Boutique Ambassador, you will be the face of the Maison, ensuring a unique and exceptional client experience and proactively developing your client portfolio.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

As a Boutique Ambassador, your mission is to embody the values of Cartier, create lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the boutique's operational standards. This position offers the opportunity to represent a prestigious brand and build a rewarding career in luxury retail.

Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to act as an ambassador of the Maison, to assist the boutique management team in achieving sales goals, to support client relationship building and development, as well as participate in daily boutique operations.

Exceptional Sales & Client Experience

  • Provide a unique and exceptional client experience, mastering the art of sales and exceeding client expectations.

Client Relationship & Portfolio Growth

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, develop client loyalty, and efficiently manage a growing client portfolio.
  • Boutique Operations & Brand Advocacy

  • Uphold brand standards, participate in daily boutique operations, and act as a passionate ambassador of the Maison.
  • HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

    Describe and list the hard & soft skills, education, past functional experience requested, the ideal or requested Industry background, seniority for the role, and managerial experience needed to succeed in the position.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, sales, or a client-facing role, with a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong product knowledge (Cartier specific knowledge is a plus).
  • As a Boutique Ambassador, you are passionate about the Maison and dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • You are adaptable, organized, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You demonstrate team spirit, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • You are proficient in using CRM systems and possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • You are fluent in the local language and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
