Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer or Telecommunication Engineering

Mandatory 10 years of experience in Telco Operation

Min. 5 years of experience in Senior Management & Leadership positions in minimum 3 different companies

Understanding of long term Managed Services Business perspective with recent hands-on experience of Managed Services Operations.

Expert in few telecommunication areas : Network Operations Center, Field Operations, Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, OSS / IT Admin etc.

Solid project management experience. Project Experience-Management of complex project delivery and solving associated issues.

Min. 2 years of people management experience

Min 3 years experience in subcontractor management

Experience in CxO level customer interaction

Pre-sales and contract negotiations experience.

Capable to handle Verification of Operational and Financial reports

Deep understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR technologies as well as passive network infrastructure

Awareness of telco / IT products from various suppliers

Must have authorization to work in Turkey.

Good team work spirit and adaptability.

Skilled to handle continuous optimization of project delivery

Familiar with Risk Management

Willingness to learn and adapt to international environments

Capable to prepare and present reports to Top Management.

Wide experience with various trouble-ticketing / work-force-management systems will be considered as additional advantage

Able to travel

Fluent English and Turkish, ability to communicate in Chinese will be highly valued
