We’re looking for an Web Developer (Analytics and Tracking) who can own end-to-end tracking implementation and ensure clean, reliable event measurement across ad platforms, CRMs, and client websites. This role goes well beyond basic pixel setup. It requires strong technical judgment, QA discipline, and comfort working directly with code when needed.
You’ll partner closely with account managers and clients to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, and validate data accuracy across systems. If you sit comfortably at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and engineering, this role will be a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On
Tracking Setup and Instrumentation
Configure and maintain GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related platformsImplement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and ecommerce systemsValidate conversion events, UTMs, and attribution logic across platformsEnsure tracking is accurate, consistent, and resilient to site or platform changesTechnical Integration and Implementation
Integrate tracking with CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevelWork directly in client codebases when tag managers are insufficientImplement and troubleshoot tracking in React and TypeScript environmentsDiagnose and resolve cross-platform data flow issuesQuality Assurance and Documentation
Test and verify all tracking implementations before handoffProduce clear documentation outlining setups, assumptions, and limitationsShare QA findings and walkthroughs with internal teams and clientsCollaboration and Client Support
Gather tracking requirements in partnership with account managersCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersProactively recommend improvements to tracking accuracy and reporting reliabilityWhat You Bring
3 to 5+ years of experience in tracking instrumentation, analytics implementation, or technical ad operationsStrong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads trackingComfort working with JavaScript and TypeScript , including React-based codebasesProven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking and attribution issuesClear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teamsNice to Have
