OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Job Description :

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for an Operations Director to our global business partner located in İzmir .

Responsibilities

• Implement, control, and improve manufacturing operations.
• Align production programs in plants and suppliers with time, specifications, and cost targets to meet customer expectations.
• Continuously improve plant cost and quality standards.
• Focus on controllable costs for operational improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure smooth production flow for new projects / locations within budget, including preparation tasks for plant and production planning.
• Develop and execute growth strategies and roadmaps for operations.
• Improve materials and logistics structures and processes in cooperation with central chain management functions to reduce costs and improve working capital.
• Initiate and manage investment planning and execution in plants to provide customer-oriented and economic production capacities.
• Define quality objectives in the business plan and strategic planning of the BU.
• Maintain Q-System and support functions in engineering and plants to achieve quality objectives and ensure guideline compliance.
