What's the Role?

The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the Project Management Office (PMO) being a part of Large Project Organization and drive its capability to execute projects on Market Organization (MO) / sub-region level.

What does the role involve?

The core responsibilities :

• Develop short and long term PMO strategy including resource and infrastructure investment requirements
• Support Market Organizations (MO)  / sub-region sales & business development field teams in the acquisition phase of projects through providing engineering service
• Professionally execute defined Integrated Project Solution (IPS) projects in collaboration with other units (such as sales or other departments of MO, Corporate PMO team, Business Units (BU’s), Global and Regional logistics organization, and other competence centers)
• Develop the PMO organization and its team members to obtain a high competency in the relevant areas

Our iconic red Hilti toolbox currently contains more than 30% recycled materials and we are actively working to increase this to 50% within the next twelve months.
