For our location in Türkiye – Istanbul (Ataşehir), we are looking for an experienced and skilled “Financial Controller” who will be assisting Financial Controller Manager .

Main Responsibilities

Supporting the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

Supporting the development, management, and monitoring of budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Conduct variance analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.

Assist in financial audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Provide assistance for regular financial performance reports and management reports.

Profile Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar disciplines.

Minimum 4 years of experience in audit companies, Big4 is plus.

Solid IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Advanced knowledge on MS Office – Excel

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Male candidates must have completed military service
