We are Mira Search, a leading recruitment agency based in Dubai. We hire employees on behalf of our clients in information technology, cryptography, marketing, traditional business and other industries.

We are currently looking for an experienced Country Manager to promote an international igaming brand in the Turkish market. This is a responsible position for a person with strong experience in the local market, experience in marketing and operations management, as well as a clear understanding of the gambling and betting industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Development and implementation of local marketing strategies
  • Field operations and team management
  • Adapting a global brand and product for the Turkish market
  • Coordination of local partnerships, branches, media and legal entities
  • Own performance indicators and reporting.

Requirements

  • More than 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Good experience in the gambling and betting industry, ideally from leading brands
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish market and audience Initiative, determination in work
  • Excellent knowledge of English or Russian is required.
  • Knowledge of the Turkish language is MANDATORY.
