Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS .

Responsibilities

Develop new components and features for our full stack applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use on both client and server side
Write, audit, and improve our test coverage
Document and refactor our codebase ensuring high quality coding standards
Participation in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Profiling and improving front-end and back-end performance
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications
Integration of user-facing elements with server side logic
Implementation and maintenance of security and data protection features
Collaborate with team members to design, develop, test, and deploy high performance cloud-based applications

Requirements

Extensive experience in React.js, Next.js, Node.js

Familiarity with AWS services

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 / CSS3

English : B2 and higher ( writing and speaking)

Leadership experience with a technology team, including effective delegation of tasks and issue resolution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical clients

Strong understanding and experience of system design, data structures, and algorithms

Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha

Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits and use cases
