Housekeeping Team Leader

Job Description

1. Recruit new staff to the team on each floor, train and supervise them

2. Control the quality of hotel cleaning services according to Ibis standards

3. Supervise room maintenance services in accordance with the 15-minute customer satisfaction guarantee together with the technical team.

4. Manage the stocks of hotel textiles, cleaning products and welcome gifts

5. Ensure hygiene and safety in guest rooms and public areas
