Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and above
At least 1 year of experience in the field of after-sales service with knowledge of electronic products ( Smart phone , Laptop , Wearable product, etc.)
Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical, and patient to solve the problem
Work with patience and carefulness
Be able to work independently
Good Knowledge of MS Office tools ,MS Exceland creating reports.
Proficient in English languages,Proficient in Turkish as well,Chinese is a plus.
