As we expand our operations in Turkey, we are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner,

Support parents and students with course information, account setup, bookings, payments, and basic technical issues,

Communicate user feedback and recurring issues to the marketing and operations teams to help improve our services,

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups,

Participate in customer satisfaction surveys, feedback calls, and community engagement activities,

Assist with simple translation tasks between Turkish and English when needed,

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a degree in Communication, Education, or Business is a plus,

Native-level Turkish; strong command of English (spoken and written),

Patient, detail-oriented, and professional in addressing customer needs,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

Willingness to work on-site and flexible hours, including weekends if necessary,

Previous experience in customer service or education is an advantage, but not mandatory,
