  • Finding potential customers, managing and growing the customer portfolio;
  • Increasing the sales volume of current and potential customers;
  • Taking an active role in new product development processes;
  • Making regular reports to managers regarding all sales processes;
  • Following up on customer demands, suggestions and complaints, keeping records in the system, providing improvement suggestions and carrying out decided improvement activities;
  • Ensuring the development of sales activities to be carried out through modern sales channels;
  • Ensuring the positive continuity of customer relations after sales;
  • Mastering the sales and allocation process flows throughout Turkey in petfood and fastmoving consumer good;
  • Carrying out customer visits;
  • Creating budget planning;
  • Following up on the management of existing dealers, sales, target and stock management processes.

    Minimum 7 years of active sales experience in the petfood sector, preferably in the field; Experienced in dealer organization; No travel restrictions; Class B driver's license; Actively able to drive; Good at using MS Office programs; High reporting and analysis skills; Successful in human relations, strong human relations and high persuasion skills; Able to adapt to teamwork; Proper diction, attentive to appearance; Customer-oriented working principle; Good command of English.
