Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team. The rol will be for our offices located in Ankara / Bursa / Izmir / Mersin cities.

Your Responsibilities :

• Effectively selling all the company's products, including air, sea, land and project, and bringing high-level, prestigious customers to the company.
• Acting as a strong bridge between Customers and the Company with effective communication skills
• Determining the sales strategy by evaluating the current situation in the sector
• Ensuring the proper positioning of sea, air, land and project products in the market,
• Analyzing competitor companies and their products,
• Comparing monthly and yearly benefit-cost analyses of sales,
• Creating strong sales arguments,
• Determining accurate pricing policies and guide procurement teams if needed
• Creating a wide customer portfolio that covers all products
• Planning customer visits in a way that will make the most efficient use of the day and week
• Increasing the number of files to be opened
• Achieving monthly revenue and Gross Profit targets
• Following collection of payments and support,ng the Finance and Accounting team in means of collection of payments
