Description

Hitachi Enerji, Dağıtım Trafoları Birimi büyümekte olan iş hacmi içerisinde, Dudullu lokasyonunda görevlendirilmek üzere aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip “Elektrik Bakım Personeli” aramaktadır :

GENEL NİTELİKLER

Meslek Liseleri veya Meslek Yüksek Okullarının Elektrik / Elektronik veya Mekatronik bölümlerinden mezun,
Üretim sektöründe elektrik-mekanik planlı, kestirimci ve arıza bakım aktiviteleri konusunda en az 3 yıl tecrübeye sahip,
Pnömatik, hidrolik ve mekanik sistemler hakkında bakım tecrübesi olan,
Otomasyona dayalı çalışan seri üretim makinelerinde bakım çalışmaları yürütmüş olan ve tercihen elektrik / elektronik kumanda bilgisi olan,
Elektrik motorları, sürücüler, sensörler, vb. elektrik ekipmanları ve elektrik / elektronik kumandası hakkında bilgisi olan,
Takım çalışmasına ve yoğun iş temposuna yatkın,
Analitik düşünebilen, çözüm odaklı, 5S eğitimi almış
Ekip çalışmasına uygun, sorumluluk sahibi
3 Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilecek,
Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
Vinç / forklift ehliyeti olması tercih sebebidir

TANIMI

Trafo üretimi yapılan fabrikada kullanılan tüm makinelerin periyodik bakım , kestrimci bakım ve arıza tamir işlemlerini yapmak

Bağımsız olarak veya gereğinde ekip halinde, makina, donanım ve tesislerin genellikle rutinlik gösteren arızalarını tespit etmek, bu türdeki arızaları zamanında onarmak, gerekli ayarları, sökme ve takma işlerini yapmak.

Arıza takip formlarını, standart bakım-onarım raporlarını doldurmak

Elektrik ve elektronik arızaların giderilmesinde tecrübe sahibi olmak

Otomasyon, endüstriyel PLC programlama, sürücüler hakkında tecrübe sahibi olmak

Pnömatik ve hidrolik sistemler hakkında bilgili ve tecrübeli olmak

Arıza sıklıklarının izlenmesi ve azaltılması için aksiyon geliştirmek raporlamak

Çevre, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarını bilmek ve bu kurallara uymak
