What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to help build, maintain, and optimize Insider’s global website. Reporting to the Website Development Director, you’ll collaborate with a global team of designers, marketers, and developers to deliver fast, scalable, and conversion-focused digital experiences.This role is ideal for someone with a solid WordPress development background who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their code, and is eager to grow into a more strategic technical contributor.

You’ll succeed in this role if you :

• Have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, custom themes, and Elementor
• Understand frontend fundamentals and care about code quality and page speed
• Are familiar with Git workflows and team-based development
• Can troubleshoot layout and performance issues independently
• Are open to learning from senior teammates and collaborating with global teams
• Enjoy building components and systems that scale
