Senior IDM / IAM Specialist

İş tanımıBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, IGA, or IDM solutions. Strong expertise in .Net and / or Java development. Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOP). Hands-on experience with web-based technology installation and configuration. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange organization. Strong proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle PL / SQL, and database design / administration. Experience integrating IAM solutions with REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs. Preferred experience with One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

The role
- Collaborate in delivering integrated solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Account Access, and Control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while addressing customer needs.
- Manage the development, enhancement, and optimization of IAM solutions within customer environments.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM-related requests and issues.
- Implement and maintain user authentication, authorization, and provisioning processes.
- Integrate and configure IAM solutions such as One Identity Manager, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager.
- Work with Active Directory, LDAP, and Exchange for seamless identity management.
- Support REST / SOAP-based integrations and JSON-based data exchange.
- Conduct database management using MS SQL and Oracle PL / SQL.
- Lead IAM security best practices, ensuring secure identity governance and administration (IGA).
