Program Overview

Real Work Experience : Engage in meaningful projects and daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment
Learning and Development : Access a suite of e-learning resources customized for your professional growth, complemented by personalized mentorship from a dedicated buddy throughout your journey
Innovation and Initiative : Take the reins and showcase your creativity by developing and presenting a project of your own design
Expand Your Network : Connect with professionals within Ferrero and fellow interns, opening doors to future opportunities

Who we are looking for :

Enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-year bachelor’s or master's students ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for a period of 11 months

Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience

Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit

Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented

Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
