Scope of the Role
- Tüm müşteri siparişlerinin sisteme girilip işlenmesinden, faturalanmasına kadar olan tüm süreci yönetmek.
- Hem müşteri siparişleri hem de gelen iadeleri SAP’de, şirketin standard operasyon prosedürlerine göre işlemek ve çıkan tüm sorunları Tedarik Zinciri ve Finans ekipleriyle birlikte çözmek.
- Müşteri siparişlerini etkili bir şekilde önceliklendirebilmek ve koordine edebilmek için müşterilerle, satış ekipleriyle ve tüm operasyon ekibiyle birlikte çalışmak.
- Müşteri siparişlerinin durumunu takip etmek ve tam ve zamanında müşterilere sevkini sağlamak için sipariş ve teslimatlarla ilgili her sorunun çözümünü iç ve dış paydaşlarla birlikte koordine etmek.
- Müşteri ve ürün ana verisini SAP’de güncel tutmak.
- Müşteri servis seviyesini düzenli olarak takip etmek, raporlamak ve sipariş karşılanma oranının iyileştirilmesi için ilgili departmanlarla birlikte çalışmak.
- Müşterilerle periyodik scorecard mutabakatı yapmak.
- Müşterilerden gelen siparişlerdeki kesilemeyen ürünlerin satış ve pazarlama ekiplerine haftalık olarak raporlamak.
