Location : Remote (within Turkey)

Languages Required : German (C1 / C2) + Basic English

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of a leading European technology retailer !

What Youll Do

Assist customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).

Handle requests about store locations, product availability, returns, complaints, and reservations.

Ensure customer satisfaction with professional and solution-oriented support.

Work in a stable, long-term project with a strong team culture.

German at C1 / C2 level mandatory

Living in Turkey & able to work from home

Basic computer skills + smartphone for VPN login
