About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to customers, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently. The position requires flexibility to work different shifts, including occasional late-night shifts.
Work Schedule : Summer Schedule :
10 : 00 – 19 : 00
17 : 00 – 02 : 00
Winter Schedule : 11 : 00 – 20 : 00
18 : 00 – 03 : 00
Note : Employees will work late shifts between 5 and 10 days per month.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in German.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements :
Fluency in German (spoken and written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer support or service-oriented roles is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional late-night shifts.
Compensation & Benefits :
Net Salary : 33,000 TL
Night & Attendance Bonus : First 2 months – fixed 5,000 TL per month
Meal Card Allowance : 4,500 TL (Sodexo / Pluxee)
Private Health Insurance : Provided via Mapfre for the employee; spouse / children can be added at extra cost (deducted from salary)
