Business Analyst (Retail / Consumer Loans) / Hybrid

Job description

As Amaris Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in retail loans within the banking industry. This hybrid position is based on the Asian side of Istanbul and requires active collaboration with international teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

Provide in-depth expertise in retail / consumer loans and banking operations.

Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

Lead workshops and meetings with business units and technical stakeholders.

Support test processes, including UAT planning and execution.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst .

At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector , specifically within retail / consumer loans .

Ability to work in a hybrid model on the Asian side of Istanbul .

Strong communication and documentation skills in English , with the ability to work with international teams .

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
