We want you to :

• Guide and coach dealers to enhance customer satisfaction in company standards
• Develop and improve dealers’ standards according to company principles
• Manage and coordinate overall dealers’ after sales operation
• Analyze dealer spare part sales performances, financial status, profitability and make strategic plans to improve after sales operation
• Performance analysis and make plans to improve efficiency of dealer staff
• Ensure continous communication with dealers to respond their needs in service
• Occasional domestic and / or international travel
