Overview

Job Title : Solutions Architect – Customer Decisioning & Marketing Tech

Location : Remote (Turkey-based, aligned with UK working hours)

Contract : Initial 6 months, with strong potential for 12-month extension (up to 18 months total)

We're hiring a Solutions Architect to join a fast-paced transformation programme focused on replacing third-party marketing data solutions with scalable, internal capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Decisioning and Marketing Technology , working across domains such as customer data, campaign systems, and interaction data.

This is a replacement role ensuring design continuity, strategic direction, and architectural leadership as the programme evolves.

What You’ll Do

• Design solutions across customer and marketing tech domains
• Bridge domain architecture and detailed data architecture for scalable delivery
• Replace legacy or third-party systems with robust internal solutions
• Recommend appropriate tools and technologies (e.g. Kafka, APIs, cloud infra)
• Collaborate across AWS-based systems (some Azure exposure beneficial)
• Work with product, marketing, engineering, and architecture teams
• 3+ years in solutions architecture (software engineering background preferred)
• Strong experience in customer / marketing data systems and GDPR considerations
• Deep understanding of SCV, MDM, CRM, CDP, ETL, and real-time data paradigms
• Experience with API integration, Snowflake, SaaS marketing platforms (a plus)
• Familiarity with AWS (Azure exposure is a bonus)
• Confident communicator and stakeholder manager across business and tech
• Industry background in retail, e-commerce, or B2C preferred (not mandatory)
