About Our Client
Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team and be a good team player
- Identifying and implementing improvement actions to enhance the ergonomics and safety of operational processes
- Monitoring and supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at increasing productivity
- Developing, managing, and tracking efficiency improvement projects across the operation
- Designing and implementing cost reduction projects, tracking results, and reporting outcomes
- Collaborating with customers to present project progress and outcomes, including the negotiation of required budgets
- Ensuring alignment between internal improvement goals and customer expectations through regular communication and reporting
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in process improvement, lean management, or operational excellence roles with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven experience in productivity and cost optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHigh level of adaptability and problem-solving ability
