About Our Client

Our client is a global transportation, logistics, supply chain, and storage company. We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for their growing team in Istanbul, Turkey.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Leading a team and be a good team player
• Identifying and implementing improvement actions to enhance the ergonomics and safety of operational processes
• Monitoring and supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at increasing productivity
• Developing, managing, and tracking efficiency improvement projects across the operation
• Designing and implementing cost reduction projects, tracking results, and reporting outcomes
• Collaborating with customers to present project progress and outcomes, including the negotiation of required budgets
• Ensuring alignment between internal improvement goals and customer expectations through regular communication and reporting
