What you’ll do

Sürekli büyüyen ve gelişen Vodafone Sabit Altyapı ürün ailesine ait tüm servislerin satış sonrası kurulumlarında saha operasyon ekibine uçtan uca destek sağlar. Arıza, nakil ve paket değişikliği vb. sahadaki faaliyetlerin hedeflenen süreler ve oranlar dahilinde başarıyla gerçekleştirilmesine katkıda bulunur.
Telefonla anlık olarak destek talep eden saha ekiplerinin çağrılarının karşılanması, masabaşındaki sistemler kullanılarak uzaktan teknik destek sağlanması.
Service Desk üzerinde mail yoluyla açılan kayıtlar, diğer ekiplerden iletilen kayıtların hedef süreler içinde işleme alınması ve yanıtlanarak kapatılması.
Service Desk üzerinde farklı ekiplerden beklenen aksiyonların düzenli takibi ve sonuçlandırılması için yazılı / sözlü iletişimin sağlanması,
Genel arızaların tespiti ve ilgili iş birimlerine yönlendirilmesi için örneklerin derlenerek kayıt oluşturulması, takibi.

Who you are

Müşteri’nin Avukatı” mottosunu benimseyecek,

En az üniversite ön lisans mezunu, (tercihen lisans mezunu)

Telekomünikasyon sektöründe sabit altyapı, ürün ve hizmetlerde en az 3 yıl operasyonel görevlerde çalışma tecrübesi,

MS Excel ve Powerpoint uygulamalarını aktif kullanabilme,

SAP Business Intelligence(BI) uygulamasını okuyucu olarak kullanabilme,

Risk yönetimini kriz yönetiminden daha çok tercihe edebilme, proaktif düşünmeye yatkın olma,

Görevleri tutkuyla yerine getirme ve zaman alan geliştirmelerin tamamlanmasını sağlatabilme,

Problem analiz ve çözümünde deneyim, farklı çözüm üretmeye de yatkın bir yapıda olma,

Seyahat ya da evden çalışma açısından sorun yaşamayan,
