Receive projects (inquiries and tenders) from sales engineers and send them to the right design team depending on the requirements.Follow up on the projects through the design process (following the deadline, the required data is all sent, and at a later stage, review the design)Send the design to the technical support team and to the commercial team to issue the technical and commercial submittals and send them to the related sales engineerMonitor the tenders (progress and status)Develop Primavera schedules for projects (before the contract)Monitor and mark the KPIs for all the sales teamsApprove the sales expenses according to the sales rubricReview and analyze the design timesheetMonitor and mark all the KPIs for the design teamsAttend project handover meetings to make sure the sales team handed over the projects perfectly to the execution teamAttend pipeline meetings to track the pipeline of each sales engineerTrack the progress of the R&D teamDevelop both the sales and the design team with suggestions for training and othersSeveral other tasks could be added depending on the performance and evaluation.Proje Koordinasyonu : Satış ekiplerinden gelen talepleri / ihaleleri alarak tasım ekiplerine yönlendirmek ve süreci takip etmek.
- Teknik Denetim : Tasarımları incelemek, NFPA / EN / Türk yangın yönetmeliklerine uygunluğunu kontrol etmek.
- Performans Takibi : Satış ve tasarım ekiplerinin KPI'larını izlemek, süreçleri optimize etmek.
- Ekip Gelişimi : Eğitim ihtiyaçlarını belirleyerek ekipleri geliştirmek.
- Toplantılar : Proje devir toplantılarına katılmak ve süreçleri yönetmek.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Fire Safety, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience : Proven experience (3+ years) as a Sales Engineer, Business Development Engineer, or in a similar sales role in the fire protection or safety industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire-fighting systems, including sprinklers, fire alarms, Clean Agents
- Skills : Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. e.g., NFPA, EN, local fire safety standards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Additional Requirements : Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Preferably a resident in Türkiye.

- Eğitim : Makine / Yangın Güvenliği / Elektrik Mühendisliği lisans derecesi.
- Deneyim : Yangın güvenliği sektöründe 3+ yıl satış mühendisliği deneyimi.
- Teknik Bilgi : Sprinkler, yangın alarmları, Clean Agent sistemleri ve NFPA / EN / Türkiye yangın standartları bilgisi.
- Yabancı Dil : İleri düzey İngilizce (Türkçe avantaj).
