Responsibilities

Building strong and long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor

Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and ensuring successful adoption of our products / services

Monitoring client usage data and proactively increasing engagement to strengthen customer loyalty

Analyzing client needs and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals

Sharing client feedback with relevant internal teams to improve overall service quality

Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when appropriate, and collaborating with the sales team

Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Accurately recording client interactions and updates in the CRM system

Tracking key customer success metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score), renewal rate, and customer churn
