Material Planning Specialist

Your responsibilities will be to :

Analyze and forecast material requirements based on production schedules and customer demands.

Plan, schedule, and monitor the flow of materials to ensure on-time availability

Collaborate with suppliers to manage lead times, orders, and inventory levels ( direct communication is needed)

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, procurement, and logistics) to resolve material shortages or delays

Maintain and update material planning data in the ERP system

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs

Monitor supplier performance and propose improvements as needed

Prepare reports and analyses related to material planning and inventory management

Creating new reports to support inventory management improvements and planning workflow optimization

Our requirements :

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Relevant experience of ideally more than 3 years in Material Planning field

Previous working experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage

Experience in working with ERP systems

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills

Experience of working with international suppliers

Proficient English language skills mandatory - both written and verbal

Proactive and organized person with high communication and problem-solving skills
