We have an opportunity for a Advanced Application Engineerto join us at Honeywell Turkey, Istanbul. In this role, you will takeresponsibility, alongside the PM and project consultant, for all aspects ofsuccessful process optimization delivery including client contact, projectengineering, scheduling and implementation.

Key Requirements :

Lead the APC / PO project activities, ensuring buy-in and acceptance from the customer including, but not limited to – Project Kick Off, Site survey, Pre-Test & Tuning, Step Testing, Inferential development, Model Acceptance Testing, Commissioning & SAT.

Conduct training to plant operations & customer engineering teams on Honeywell suite of process performance solutions.

Identify / troubleshoot process unit operations, software, and instrument problems. Create and implement new strategies to improve process efficiency, process control utilization & reliability.

Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other disciplines.

Communicate with internal team regarding technical issues, escalating these early in the project.

Promote adjacent process performance solutions including but not limited to process simulation & design, operator training / simulations, blending & movement automation.

Key skills and qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in delivery of process optimization solutions
• Hands on application experience implementing Real-Time / Multi-Variable Optimization solutions in process industries including but not limited to Refining and Petrochemical.
• Experience developing inferential / property predictors.
• Programming languages (Visual Basic, CL, Fortran) and Data Historians (Uniformance PHD, OSI PI, IP21) & DCS / Operator Stations
• Strong knowledge of automation network architecture, integration strategies, HMI design.
• Experience with PID / APC monitoring applications. Expert experience with PID Tuning and implementation of Advanced Regulatory Control
