Introduction to role
Are you ready to shape the future of respiratory and immunology treatments? As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of preparing, updating, and implementing Brand Strategic Plans. Your role will involve setting short- and long-term market share and sales targets, gathering and interpreting customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, and other sector developments. You will lead strategic decisions to improve business performance and develop alternative plans in response to regulatory changes or competitive actions. Accountabilities
- Prepare, update, and implement Brand Strategic Plans, including market share and sales targets.
- Accurately gather and interpret customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, and sector developments.
- Develop and implement proactive alternative / back-up plans in response to regulatory or competitive changes.
- Lead strategic decisions to enhance business performance.
- Actively participate in the Brand team, ensuring effective development and implementation of brand strategies and plans.
- Maintain strong communication with AZ Türkiye functions and global brand teams / marketing groups.
- Establish bilateral communication with the product promotion team to ensure proper implementation of strategic and operational plans.
- Define and implement communication strategies for target customer portfolios.
- Plan dual visits with the product promotion team to address customer issues and take an active role in doctor group activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Advisory Board Members, Opinion Leaders, and Associations to maximize commercial opportunities.
Essential Skills / Experience
University degree from a reputable universityAt least 2 years of marketing experience in the pharma industry, respiratory experience will be an assetAdvanced command of written and spoken EnglishExperience in Digital Marketing (Omnichannel) is an assetAnalytical thinker with attention to detail and strong market / data analysis skillsCustomer-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to set product visionExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced knowledge in MS Office applicationsGood teamwork skillsNo restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving licenseNo military obligation for male candidatesAt AstraZeneca, we are on a mission to bring life-saving medicines to patients worldwide.
