Energy & Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Energy & Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing energy efficiency solutions across our facilities, systems, or client sites. This role requires a combination of engineering expertise, project management skills, and a strong passion for sustainability and innovation.

What are my responsibilities?

• Conduct energy audits, site assessments, and technical evaluations of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building automation systems.
• Analyze energy consumption data and identify opportunities for energy cost savings and carbon reduction.
• Design and recommend energy conservation measures (ECMs), including ROI, payback periods, and lifecycle analysis.
• Develop technical specifications and assist with procurement and vendor management for energy projects.
• Support implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization projects in industrial, commercial, or municipal environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including facility managers, contractors, and sustainability experts.
• Monitor and verify energy savings using M&V protocols (e.g., IPMVP, ISO 50015).
• Prepare comprehensive energy reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Stay informed of evolving energy technologies, regulatory requirements, and incentive program.
