Key Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert for customer master data
• Create and modify customer master data to data standards
• Research, append, and remove duplicate customer profile records
• Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers
• Collaborate with IT / Business Teams to improve master data processes and requirements
• Writing documentation as needed for customer master training, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly
• Act as a dedicated business / solution architect to define and document the functional solution design. Liaise with other functional / technical teams [Enterprise / Technical Architects] for specialist input to drive the solution delivery.
• Help define, report on and monitor key product data quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective.
• Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving.
• Participate in projects related to and reliant on customer master data
• Analyze and report key performance indicator results for customer data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities
• Other responsibilities as determined by management
