Environmental Health & Safety Executive (Aydın)

Short Intro and About the Job

• Responsible for;

1- The development and execution of programs to ensure that the Company provides a safe workplace for employees and minimizes impacts to the environment.

2- Lead compliance with all local, national & international environmental, health, and safety regulations.

3- Implement a sustainable environmental, health and safety management system at a plant and regional level and drive EHS performance improvement and efficiency.

4- Promote close communication and collaboration across all departments within the factory, while acting as an ambassador of the Danone WISE culture to actively promote awareness and engagement in health and safety initiatives.

About You

1)Bachelor's or master's in safety, environmental health, chemistry engineering department, required.

2)Having knowledge of international safety, environmental and energy standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and having certificates in this field may be an advantage.

3)At least 2-3 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.

4)Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to problems.

5)At least C Class Safety Specialist Certificate

6)Adaptable and flexible and can work well under pressure, effectively handling conflict, strict deadlines and multiple tasks.

7)Our factory is located in Nazilli-Karacasu, Aydın. Therefore, residing in this region is preferred.

8)A good command of English is required.

9) Demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solution-oriented approach in all work activities.
