Poste :

The Field Supervisor will act as the on-site representative overseeing the safe handling and transfer of wind turbine blades across various logistical stages-factories, storage yards, and ports. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all activities strictly adhere to the applicable transport manuals and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. This includes :

• Supervising blade handovers between transport stages.
• Verifying proper assembly and use of transport tooling (TIP FRAME, clamps).
• Ensuring compliance with handling checklists and visual inspections.
• Reporting any non-conformities or damages and escalating incidents.
• Stopping operations when safety or compliance violations are detected.
• Location : Turquie Izmir
