Financial Reporting & Controlling Team Leader

We are seeking a qualified Financial Reporting and Controlling Team Leader for our partner in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting and controlling, along with strong analytical, communication, and team management skills. Cross-functional collaboration experience is also crucial for this role. Proficiency in SAP is essential. Responsibilities

• Preparing and reporting IFRS / CMB financials,
• Reviewing and analyzing financial statements monthly,
• Controlling of finance related operational figures,
• Developing and implementing controlling and reporting Systems,
• Reviewing and ensuring appropriate IFRS applications in place,
• Supports recruiting, staffing, training and onboarding processes as appropriate,
• Assists with performance management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.); completes performance evaluations for assigned staff,
• Oversees time management processes (e.g., time approval, scheduling, etc.)
• Performs other supervisory responsibilities as appropriate.
