What part will you play?

IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for our internal users and supports user for incidents, problems, or services requests.

• Provides L1 user support, as required, using standard tools and processes
• If needed, communicates with service providers to solve principle local IT problems.
• Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.
• Contributes to creation of support documentation.
• Support implementation of IT security guidelines
• Examples of support topics : Windows 11 Client Support, Access Management, Employee onboarding, Asset Management
• Onsite work at office
