Finance Director (Leading Pharma)

Job Description

• Lead and harmonize three main finance pillars : Accounting, Budget & Reporting and Treasury, managing a team of +30 professionals.
• Act as the right hand of the CFO who values strategic thinking, transparency, and continuous challenge (also acting as de facto CEO), contributing to high-level decision-making.
• Champion a future-ready finance agenda aligned with global standards and shareholder expectations; redesign processes / structures and instill a more agile, modern finance mindset across the department.
• Support international operations and contribute to the financial modernization of abroad entities.
• Act as a leadership role model; collaborative, humble, people-oriented, and deeply involved in the business.
• Foster an environment of accountability, innovation, and strategic ownership at all levels of the team.
