What you’ll do
This role is responsible to contribute on the talent framework, leadership development agenda of the company and successfully plan, drive and deliver the programs across the organization, as well as function specific training processes. The L&D Intern will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating training programs for the entire company, as well as specific functions. This role involves capturing training data, handling daily operational tasks, organizing newcomer onboarding processes, and facilitating physical orientation sessions.
- Organize and coordinate training programs for the entire company and specific functions and ensure high quality program deliveries across market
- Vendor management during the program’s delivery phases as well as internal stakeholder management to be able to conduct training sessions
- Capture and analyze training data and monitor success and impact of programs (experience, quality, business impact)
- Provide continuous reporting during the adoption activities
- Partner with L&P Business partner and leadership development consultant to effectively deliver and monitor programs
- Handle daily operational tasks related to L&D activities and provide administrative support to the L&D team
- Ensure effective contents translations / customizations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure training needs are met
- Organize and facilitate newcomer onboarding processes, including physical orientation sessions
